Refund & Returns Policy

At Focist, we want nothing more than for you to be happy with the goods you are purchasing. If you have any issue at all, we will make it a top priority to fix. Simply email orders@focist.com with the details and we will give it our immediate attention.

If you are in any way you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days from your order date. We process refunds on receiving returned goods unused and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time.

To arrange a return, please email orders@focist.com with the item details, order number and reason for the return. When repackaging your item, please include your full details inside the parcel as follows:

– Full Name
– Order date
– Contact information (Address and Phone Number)
– Reason for return
